Most of the time I spent on the internet is focused on networking, productivity, online business, learning new skills, keeping up with my tech stack and technical advancements, etc.

And I realized that even after being on the internet for so long I’ve never made any substantial money online.

But I’m changing focus. And investing my time these days trying to learn the chops of doing online business and making money online.

I’m not going to write about what I’m going through because I haven’t seen any results yet.

But, today I’m going to tell you about the opposite.

That’s – how to not make any money online.

And I’m going to show you exactly what to do if you want to make sure your business fails and list out for you how to not make any money online.

Here’s a recipe for financial failure online:

1. Be always active on every social media without anything to offer.

2. Jump from one idea to the next, and never commit to one thing.

3. Believe that you don’t need any help and that you can learn everything on your own.

4. Create products based on what you want to sell, and not what your customers want to buy.

5. Prioritize technical and engineering decisions over business success.

6. Focus on everything in your business except making sales.

7. Think that your online reputation will take care of itself.

8. Ignore all the competition that is in your niche and try to do something completely different

9. Have no idea who your customer is, how they think, or how they feel on a daily basis.

10. Seek to be profitable from day 1.

11. Try to sell on every social media or channel at once without having mastered one.

I could go on and on with this…
But you get the point.

If you wanted to ensure yourself a crappy business online, this would be the blueprint.

So I ask you,

Are you doing any of these things?

Be honest with yourself.

Cause if you’re doing some of these things…

Then it might be time to rethink what you’re doing.

And correct the direction of your business trip.
